Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a mobile applications developer to design, build, and maintain Android and iOS apps using modern frameworks. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship new features in an Agile environment.

You will work with UX designers on intuitive interfaces, write unit and UI tests, apply OO, functional, and reactive programming, and ensure platform compliance with Apple and Google guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS using modern frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Perform analysis, development, and testing in an Agile methodology environment.
• Work closely with UX designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Apply programming paradigms such as object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming.
• Follow Apple and Google design guidelines to deliver platform-compliant apps.
• Use development tools including Xcode, Android Studio, WebStorm, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, and Git.
• Manage dependencies using tools such as CocoaPods or Gradle.
• Apply knowledge of encryption algorithms to ensure data security.
• Understand and implement code documentation practices.
