Sopra Steria Asia Pacific in Singapore leads cross‑platform mobile delivery. We seek a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality applications on Android and iOS from a shared codebase.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver production‑grade experiences. You will mentor juniors, drive architectural decisions, and promote engineering best practices across the team, ensuring robust, scalable solutions and modern CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• 5+ years with .NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms with MAUI migration experience.
• Proficiency with platform APIs on Android and iOS interop.
• Experience consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Strong DI, async/await, and reactive programming skills.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and PR processes.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance‑tuning skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform apps using .NET MAUI for Android and iOS.
• Architect scalable solutions following MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID.
• Implement native integrations and platform renderers/handlers as needed.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes into UI.
• Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs with robust error handling.
• Write unit, integration, and UI tests using xUnit/NUnit/MSTest and Appium.
• Optimise startup time, memory usage, rendering, and battery use.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with .NET MAUI releases and CI/CD pipelines.
