Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Frontend Mobile Software Engineer in Singapore for a 6-month contract to design and build secure, scalable mobile experiences across a digital payments ecosystem. You will own end-to-end mobile delivery, including UI/UX, WebView journeys, and integration with external partners.

The role requires hands-on mobile development with iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin, secure coding practices, and familiarity with AWS-native environments and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of hands-on mobile development experience delivering production-grade iOS or Android applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile UI/UX experiences supporting merchant discovery, WebView journeys, QR/NFC launches, consent flows, payment experiences and post-payment journeys.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of mobile Mini Program capabilities, from development and integration through testing and production deployment.
• Develop secure frontend-to-server and server-to-server integrations with multiple external partners.
• Apply secure development practices, including API security, vulnerability management, secrets management and secure-by-default design.
• Build and maintain automated testing and quality controls, including unit, integration and API contract testing, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis and contribute to operational processes.
• Work closely with Backend, QA, Security and external partners to identify risks, resolve issues and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of hands-on mobile development experiencedelivering production-grade iOS or Android applications.
• Strong experience with iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java), including WebView and bridge integrations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with AWS-native environments, with exposure to services such as ECS/Fargate, API Gateway/ALB, RDS, S3, CloudWatch/CloudTrail and WAF.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of API security, including authentication, request signing/HMAC, nonce/timestamp validation, anti-replay and idempotency,
