Qualifications

Job description

Purpose Of Job

To think on the mobile app front as a business contributor and revenue generation medium. Initiate new journeys on mobile app for NBFC, coordinate with the app developer vendors, related business applications, and infra team for carrying out the required tasks to make a robust app which can contribute to business.

Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities Or Duties
  1. Initiate, discuss & implement new journeys on the mobile app.
  2. Accountable for the end-to-end mobile application related enhancements, implementation, testing & management of the app.
  3. Report periodic improvements with stats of the mobile app to function heads, CEO, CTO, and other business functions.
  4. Understand business requirements, give suggestions and new ideas, deal with vendors & ensure timely delivery, conduct UAT testing, meet production release timelines, and provide necessary training to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Write BRD, review FSD/UD, and test the mobile app.
Required Skills
  1. Work experience of 7-10 years in mobile apps & innovation.
  2. Experience in NBFC (lending) domain and knowledge of various mobile app journeys.
  3. Knowledge of Loan Origination, Loan Management, GL tools, India Stack, NPCI offerings, KYC, Credit.
  4. Understanding of Programming languages with SDLC.
  5. Understanding of Info Sec aspects related to mobile apps.
  6. Knowledge of Google Play Store and iOS platforms.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  8. Attention to detail on functionality & mobile UI/UX.
  9. Graduate (Engg.) in IT, CS, from a recognized university.
  10. Certifications related to mobile applications are an advantage.
