[MNC Semiconductor] Lithography Deputy Director/Director

This is a senior leadership position within Fab Operations, responsible for overseeing either 200mm or 300mm lithography manufacturing. The role involves managing end-to-end fab operations, leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals in terms of quality, delivery, cost, and safety. This individual will also be instrumental in shaping strategic direction and developing future leadership within the Fab.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage Fab operational resources, ensuring optimal manpower planning and talent acquisition to meet production needs
2. Define strategic goals, track performance metrics, and communicate Fab direction effectively across all levels
3. Drive productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements through structured initiatives
4. Oversee module maintenance systems and ensure robust process control
5. Ensure timely product delivery that meets customer expectations
6. Manage cycle time, WIP, and inventory to support cost and efficiency targets
7. Reduce manufacturing costs through operational excellence and innovation
8. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and subcontractors
9. Develop and manage annual capital and expense budgets aligned with business objectives
10. Lead succession planning for critical roles within the Fab
11. Ensure consistent performance across engineering modules
12. Plan and implement employee development programs, including training and career progression
13. Promote knowledge-sharing and benchmarking across departments and fabs
14. Foster collaboration and strong working relationships across teams
15. Enforce compliance with SOPs to maintain discipline and process integrity
16. Explore new business opportunities to ensure operational sustainability
17. Ensure full compliance with EHSS standards to maintain a safe and secure work environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Proven leadership experience in semiconductor fab operations, preferably within lithography
2. Hands-on experience managing either 200mm or 300mm wafer fabrication processes
3. Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with demonstrated success in managing budgets and cross-functional teams
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align operational teams with company objectives
5. Experience in developing and mentoring managers and future leaders
6. A data-driven mindset with a track record of driving process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
7. Familiarity with EHSS compliance requirements within manufacturing environments
