Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in deep learning fundamentals, including optimization methods, loss functions, model architectures, and training dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with transformer-based models in CV or NLP domains.
• Familiarity with the latest AI research trends and developments.
• Solid programming skills with data structures and algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions using large language models (LLMs) or vision-language models (VLMs).
• Design and develop agentic AI systems with structured, multi-step workflows.
• Conduct rigorous experiments to validate models and tasks, including data preparation, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept systems to validate ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
