Job summary

Apple's Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team in Singapore seeks a seasoned manager to lead a team of data scientists crafting end-to-end analytical solutions with direct impact for Apple and customers.

You will build and lead a team of ML engineers, design real-time decisioning systems for fulfilment and financial products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust production solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading a team of machine learning engineers and software engineers.
• Practical experience training, deploying, and maintaining decisioning algorithms.
• Familiarity with distributed databases, data warehousing, and SQL.
• Ability to implement real-time or batch machine learning applications with data pipelines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and ML engineers.
• Design and maintain real-time automated decisioning systems for fulfilment and financial products.
• Collaborate with data engineers and platform architects to implement production-ready solutions.
