Mission and Ministries Coordinator

1. Oversight of the education programme.

2. Recommend study programme and provide guidance as necessary.

3. Responsible for the education standard by:

• Setting, marking and moderation of assignments
• Preparing question papers for examinations
• Conducting and supervision of examinations and the marking of examination papers

4. Monitor school curriculum and cadets’ examination results, recommend improvement plans to Review Council, where applicable.

5. Prepare final education report on each cadet which will form part of the overall assessment of the cadet’s performance.

6. Submit education programme report at the close of each session.

7. Responsible for the development, organisation and supervision of the mission and ministry formation programme. This will include the practical opportunities presented by the out-training programme.

8. Regular discussion must be maintained with all officers engaged in the mission and ministry formation programme, thus securing their ready cooperation.

9. Accompany cadets on mission and ministry formation, and will visit corps, institutions or centres where cadets may be on training with a view to observing, instructing and developing them in this area of work.

10. Responsible for field reports on cadets, including those of corps, social and integrated mission officers.

11. Responsible for interviewing cadets and ensuring that other interviews are carried out in accordance with TSA policy for the Training and Development of Officers.

12. Leading worship services, prayer meetings, and other religious gatherings, creating a meaningful and spiritually enriching experience for attendees.
