Minimum 12 months contract, Customer Service Agent @Changi (near Eunos MRT)

We are hiring a Customer Service Agent under Recruit Express headcount!

Location: Changi (near to Eunos MRT)
Salary: Up to $3800
Duration: Minimum 12 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM–6.00PM / 8:30AM–5:30PM

Job Duties:

1. Ensure the enquiries and requests received through emails/mails/fax are responded to within the expected turnaround time.
2. Manage and resolve policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ issues related to insurance matters.
3. Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from all channels of distribution.
4. Provide excellent customer service experience.
5. Manage ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Section Head, when required.
6. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
7. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
8. Highlights any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Job Requirements:

1. ‘A’ Levels and equivalent.
2. Meticulous and accurate.
3. Produces good quality of work and always meets objectives set.
4. Proficient in customer servicing and possesses strong drive for service excellence.
5. High level of integrity, team player, takes accountability for own work, and has a good attitude.
