Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to assist with training programs and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will support onboarding, manage logistics for events, and handle administrative tasks to ensure data accuracy and effective operations within the L&D team. This position requires an HR Diploma, and experience in event management or healthcare will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR Diploma required.
• Event management experience and knowledge of healthcare are advantages.

Job Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:

• Assist in planning and rolling out training programmes
• Coordinate Learning Awards
• Support Onboarding Programme
• Monitor registration for corporate programmes
• Handle payment processing
• Maintain the L&D dashboard and data accuracy
• Provide general admin support for L&D initiatives

Employee Engagement:

• Help run and support employee engagement programmes
• Handle event logistics
• Provide admin support in HR wellness projects and process improvements
• Manage staff facilities like gym/lounge and engagement-related budgets

Requirements:

• Min HR Diploma
• Event management experience / Healthcare knowledge is an advantage
