Job description

Start your career in hospitality as an Operations and Admin Executive, where you'll gain hands-on experience in managing daily operations, supporting guest services, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

Job Details:
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Work Location: West
Salary: $2500 - $3200 + $30 Mobile Allowance

Responsibilities:
Hospitality Operations:
• Support daily F&B and event space operations, ensuring service excellence.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on logistics, equipment, and procurement, including setup for new accommodation facilities.
• Ensure compliance with NTU policies and local regulations.
• Assist with site visits and venue handovers, including preparation of facilities.

Administrative Tasks:
• Handle venue bookings, quotations, and contract preparation.
• Raise purchase orders and manage vendor billing.
• Maintain a WordPress site for a photo competition, including content updates.
• Track financial data for hospitality assets and leased spaces.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Events or Tourism.
• Comfortable working across campus with frequent onsite visits.
• Experience with Ariba and/or WordPress is a plus.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
