Daily duties include taking orders, handling payments with the POS, opening/closing tasks, restocking and working with the team to ensure smooth operations. No barista experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve milk tea, fruit tea and other beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic work environment at all times
• Handle daily opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning and restocking
• Operate the POS system and handle customer orders and payments accurately
• Ensure food, beverage and workplace hygiene standards are strictly followed
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Assist with inventory checks and replenishment when required
• Follow company SOPs and instructions from supervisors and management
