Job summary

CHAPANDA Singapore is expanding and seeks friendly Tea Baristas to join the team. You will prepare beverages per SOP, serve customers warmly and handle orders and payments with accuracy.

Maintain hygiene, monitor stock, support store operations, and follow company procedures. Ideal candidates are sales-driven, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays. Experience in F&B or retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B, retail or barista experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to SOP and quality standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Process customer orders and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and support daily stock replenishment
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations
