What You'll Do

In Middle Office Operations you'll be at the heart of our market operations supporting our market leading brokers.

Dive into the fast-paced world of trading, partnering with our brokers to support their clients.

Master cutting-edge trading systems and become a pro at trade capture, validation and execution.

Collaborate with global teams to solve real-world puzzles in the moment and be part of the magic sauce that makes Tradition the #1.

Job Responsibilities

Trade Support&Monitoring

  • Ensure accurate capture and booking of trades in internal systems

  • Monitor and validate trade details (currency pair, notional, rate, value date, etc.)

  • Resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties or the front office

  • Perform trade reconciliation and manage co‑broking trades

  • Handle internal and external email queries

  • Assist brokers with trade‑related issues

  • Any other ad-hoc duties required by the organisation

Client Service&Documentation

  • Support client onboarding, including KYC documentation

  • Respond to client queries and prepare trade confirmations

  • Maintain operational relationships with brokers and counterparties

Process&ControlManagement

  • Maintain robust process controls to prevent errors and ensure compliance

  • Support internal audits and regulatory reviews

  • Drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk
