Role Overview:SVARDA DESIGN is seeking experienced architects with 3-5 years of experience in commercial architecture and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will lead design development, manage projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural and interior solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and manage commercial and interior architecture projects from concept to execution.2. Develop detailed drawings, plans, and construction documentation.3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.4. Lead design presentations and client meetings.5. Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards.6. Oversee on-site work to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture (BArch). 3-5 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects, particularly in the commercial sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines.Preferred Skills: Expertise in space planning, material selection, and detailing for interiors.
