Job summary

AlifCloud IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Microsoft Solutions Architect to own and grow our security, modern workplace, and managed services practice. You will design end-to-end Microsoft solutions, lead workshops and webinars, and support RFPs/RFQs.

Requires 7+ years IT experience with Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID and Copilot, strong governance and pre-sales skills. Join a team focused on security, reliability and MSP partner success.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft ecosystem focus.
• Deep expertise in Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and security governance.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern solutions across Microsoft Intune, Defender, Purview, and Copilot.

About The Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Solutions Architect who will own, lead, and grow our Microsoft security, modern workplace, and managed services practice.

This is a multi-dimensional role combining technical architecture, pre‑sales leadership, client engagement, and service ownership. You will be responsible for designing solutions, leading workshops and webinars, supporting RFPs/RFQs, and shaping our Managed Services offerings around Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

Architect and govern solutions across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot.Define security baselines, governance models, and best practices.Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution validation.

Pre‑Sales, RFP & RFQ Leadership

Act as the technical lead for RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.Own solution design, scope definition, estimations, and assumptions.Present solution architectures and demos to customers.

Workshops, Webinars & Client Enablement

Design and deliver customer workshops, webinars, and enablement sessions.Conduct security, Intune, Purview, and Copilot readiness assessments.Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Managed Services Ownership

Design and evolve Microsoft Managed Services plans, including SLAs, escalation models, and support structures. Work closely with support teams to ensure SLA adherence and service quality.Act as an escalation point for complex issues.

Leadership & Governance

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.Ensure documentation standards, runbooks, and architecture artefacts are maintained.Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and introduce new offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

8 12+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft ecosystem focus.Deep expertise in Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot.Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and security governance.Proven experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations.Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience delivering executive workshops.PowerShell automation exposure.Managed Services or MSP background.

Certifications (Preferred)

MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MD-102, or equivalent Microsoft certifications.
