Job description

Responsibilities

• Rapidly establish and maintain credibility with the Field, Customer, and Partner through deep delivery knowledge and effective communication.
• Provide situational awareness on Microsoft 365 FastTrack deployment and usage reporting, sharing best practices and building strong internal and partner relationships.
• Understand customer and partner IT environments quickly.
• Represent senior stakeholders and coordinate FastTrack activities, managing stakeholder groups and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for product or process improvement to enhance customer experience.
• Focus on Copilot growth, protect E5 revenue, and drive adoption.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, mediating and utilizing FastTrack resources to aid recovery and accelerate adoption.
• Champion FastTrack methodology to ensure standard, outcome-oriented onboarding experiences.
• Drive customer health by engaging with account teams and surfacing blockers impacting onboarding and adoption.
• For Area Lead FTAs: Act as liaison among Microsoft account teams, corporate, and partners, providing feedback for FastTrack improvements and educating teams on Microsoft 365 FastTrack.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with M365 platform (Copilot, Modern Work, Security & Compliance), including deployment, adoption, and solution design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with relevant deployment and consulting experience.
• Experience in technical deployment, adoption, process management, and optimization in Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Ability to engage clients, understand needs, and drive M365 Copilot and E5 product adoption.
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills, capable of engaging at CXO level.
• Experience in pre-sales, project planning, deployment, and management.
• Proven change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience preparing for and presenting in Customer Review Meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technical enablement and adoption of Microsoft 365 products, including Copilot and E5 Security.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
• Certifications in AI, Security, or related disciplines.
