Job Responsibilities

Job Summary:

This role will manage the full suite of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.


Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Manage and maintain all Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Yammer.
  • Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure AD.
  • Monitor service health, usage analytics, and system performance.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations using Microsoft Purview and Compliance Center.

Endpoint Management (Intune)

  • Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure device compliance policies and application deployment.
  • Integrate Intune with Azure AD and other security tools.

Collaboration & Productivity

  • Support and optimize Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.

Automation & Scripting

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
  • Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow enhancements.

Project Management & Strategy

  • Lead or support Microsoft 365-related projects including migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 capabilities with business needs.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and recommend new features or improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD.
