NALA EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking enthusiastic service team members for a prestigious Michelin-star restaurant at Lakeside, Singapore. The role involves greeting guests, seating them, and delivering dining service that meets Michelin-star standards.

You will present menus, explain dishes and daily specials, and take orders accurately using the POS system. Teams work 5 days a week with shifts that cover lunch and dinner service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written communication; well-groomed.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide exceptional dining service according to Michelin-star standards.
• Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining presentation standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset promptly.
• Handle guest enquiries and courteously resolve minor issues.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
