As a MICE Sales Executive , you’ll:
Build Relationships : Partner with corporations, associations, and agencies to understand their event goals.
Craft Tailored Solutions : Design end-to-end MICE packages (venues, logistics, travel, team-building activities).
Close Deals : Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, and venues to deliver value-driven proposals.
Innovate : Stay ahead of trends (hybrid events, sustainable travel, tech integrations) to wow clients.
Collaborate : Work with our operations and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution.
3+ years in B2B sales (travel, hospitality, or event planning preferred).
Passion for corporate travel and large-scale event management .
Killer negotiation skills and a knack for turning leads into loyal clients.
Knowledge of MICE trends (bonus if you speak “event tech” like virtual platforms!).
