Provide operational support to the sales team including air ticket reservations, liaising and coordinating with land operators, hoteliers, restaurants, and event halls for quotations, itinerary planning and arrangement, airport transfer arrangement, coach arrangement, luggage tag preparation, and preparations of pre-departure kits (tour booklet, tour briefing).
Handle visa inquiries and insurance purchases through email and phone communication for corporate clients.
Manage disputes and complaints internally and externally.
Achieve sales growth and meet sales targets both as a team and individually.
Support the business travel team with its operations and other teams.
Issue EO and invoices for all types of operational support rendered, including tasks assigned by the manager.
The Talent:
Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the Tourism or Hospitality industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under tight schedules with a positive working attitude.
Independent, meticulous, a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.
Experience in group bookings.
GDS (Sabre, Amadeus) experience would be an advantage.
