Applied Materials South East Asia is seeking an experienced operations leader to supervise production scheduling, monitor supplier performance, and drive on-time delivery while coordinating with quality and engineering teams.

In this role, you will manage staff, implement sourcing strategies to support business growth, and ensure efficient operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers full-time employment and opportunities for relocation where applicable.

• Coordinate with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly to ensure on-time delivery.
• Selects and develops staff to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises production scheduling activities by monitoring materials inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules.
• Support execution of the sourcing strategy to meet the company's business growth and sourcing requirements.
• Under direct supervision, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
• Under direct supervision, work with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly operations to ensure 100% on‑time delivery.
• Selects, evaluates and manages employees to ensure the efficient operations of the function.

• Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors

Business Expertise

• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub‑unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
