Why joinThis role will be responsible for leading an Agile team to deliver the product vision and road map of the wholesale and SME banking platforms in partnership with business and technology partners.
What you do- Lead the agile team as product owner to deliver the product road map required to support the business growth and strategy of the wholesale and SME banking segments.
- Gain in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the identified platforms.
- Work within an agile framework and be accountable for the delivery of the product build road map by ensuring platform road maps are prioritized against business needs and published regularly.
- Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders to refine the platform; lead the team to optimize product value based on feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, product backlog, and other artifacts supporting technical design and development.
- Manage modifications and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business, user, or regulatory needs.

QualificationsWho you are- Passionate about creating transformative user experiences.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university or college.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate internet and mobile banking systems within financial institutions.
- Experience managing a product line in a Fintech or Big Tech company is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to ensure buy-in for product roadmaps and features.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred.
- Prior experience in Corporate Banking Digital Channels is highly desirable.
