Your Job

Responsible for providing measurement and data analysis services to support Advanced Quality Planning activities throughout the product development phase and maintaining the equipment and proper housekeeping of the measurement lab.

Our Team

You will report to the Principal Engineer, Metrology.

What You Will Do

• Conduct inspection, measurement, data analysis, and prepare reports for NPI projects.
• Develop measurement programs, inspection gauges, and fixtures.
• Perform Measurement System Analysis, Capability Studies, and necessary statistical analyses.
• Update quality documentation (e.g., Inspection checklists, control plans, SII/SOP).
• Extract historical quality notifications (QNs) and lessons learned for new product launches and design reviews.
• Check engineering drawings for errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• NITEC in Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to work independently and be self-organized.
• Good knowledge and understanding of metrology tools and GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What Will Put You Ahead

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering.
• Three years of experience in new-product introduction or a lab environment.
• Experience operating vision measurement systems.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD software and engineering drawings.
• Experience using Minitab or other statistical software.
