Job summary

E-TALENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Metal Cutting Operator for raw materials.

The role involves cutting steel, aluminium and other metals according to orders, operating band saws and other cutting equipment, and reading cutting lists and drawings. You will measure materials accurately and help with loading, unloading, packing, and maintaining the workspace. The position is full-time, based at Loyang Crescent with a 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal cutting or industrial machinery is an advantage.
• Able to use measuring tapes accurately.
• Physically fit and able to handle metal materials.
• Forklift licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cut steel, aluminium and other metal materials according to orders.
• Operate band saws, cold saws and other cutting equipment.
• Read cutting lists and basic drawings.
• Measure materials accurately.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Assist with packing and warehouse duties.
• Maintain machines and keep the work area clean.
