Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MES Manager to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The MES Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation and Maintenance:

1. Lead the deployment and integration of 300mm Full Automation MES solutions across manufacturing operations.
2. Ensure the MES system is maintained, updated, and aligned with production requirements.

Process Optimization:

1. Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement through MES functionalities.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Project Management:

1. Manage MES-related projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
2. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Data Management and Reporting:

1. Oversee data collection, storage, and analysis within the MES to support decision-making.
2. Generate and present reports on production performance, system efficiency, and other key metrics.

Training and Support:

1. Provide training and support to MES users, ensuring they are proficient in system functionalities.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MES system.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES management within the semiconductor industry.
3. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and MES applications.
4. Proficiency in MES software such as SiView, Fab300, or similar.
5. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Effective communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with database management (Oracle, SQL Server) and programming skills (C#, .NET, JavaScript).
2. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in 300mm Full Automation of semiconductor manufacturing.
