As a Merchant Sales Specialist, you’ll play a mission-critical role in acquiring new merchants, designing high-impact campaigns, and helping partners thrive in the fast-paced world of on-demand commerce.

What You’ll Own:

  • Drive merchant acquisition through engaging face-to-face and virtual pitches.

  • Lead end-to-end sales — from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and go-live.

  • Promote smart marketing tools including vouchers, targeted deals, and ROI-driven campaigns.

  • Support new merchants in launching, optimising, and scaling their campaigns.

  • Be the trusted partner merchants turn to for campaign execution and performance insights.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive re-engagement strategies using campaign data.

  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management, CRM, and Marketing to drive holistic merchant success.

  • Stay ahead of trends and bring actionable feedback to improve merchant offerings.
