Job summary

OSL is building a global B2B payment network leveraging stablecoins to enable faster cross-border payments. As part of the Merchant Operations team, you will support onboarding and day-to-day operations of fiat ramp and Web3 merchants, gaining hands-on exposure to the full payment lifecycle.

This role offers practical experience across payments, data analysis, merchant operations and Web3, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance teams to drive reliable, scalable

Responsibilities

• Support merchant onboarding and integration workflows for global fiat ramp and Web3 services.
• Assist with merchant configurations, pricing rules and routing policies; understand end-to-end lifecycle.
• Support integration testing and ongoing maintenance of merchant and user experiences.
• Extract and organize transaction data to monitor metrics like Success Rate and Conversion Rate.
• Analyze payment funnels to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance to resolve issues.
• Participate in end-to-end testing of payment flows and gather merchant feedback.

We are building a global B2B payment network that leverages stablecoins to make cross-border payments faster, more efficient and accessible.

As part of the Merchant Operations team, you will support the onboarding and day-to-day operations of global fiat ramp and Web3 payment merchants. You will gain hands‑on exposure to the full payment lifecycle, from merchant integration and KYC verification through transaction routing, conversion optimization and settlement.

This is an opportunity to develop practical experience across payments, data analysis, merchant operations and Web3, while working closely with Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchant onboarding and integration workflows for global fiat ramp and Web3 payment services.
• Assist with merchant configurations, including pricing rules and routing policies, and develop an understanding of the end‑to‑end payment lifecycle.
• Support integration testing and ongoing maintenance of merchant and user experiences.

Data Analysis & Conversion Optimization

• Extract and organize transaction data to monitor key metrics such as Success Rate and Conversion Rate.
• Support payment funnel analysis to identify transaction drop‑off points and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with the team to optimize payment channels, routing and configurations based on data insights.

Operational Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

• Assist with investigating transaction failures, API parameter issues and other payment flow blockers.
• Conduct initial root‑cause analysis and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance teams to support issue resolution.

Testing & Product Optimization

• Participate in end‑to‑end testing of payment flows across different transaction scenarios.
• Gather merchant and user feedback to identify UX friction points and support continuous product improvements.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to use both as working languages.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with good attention to detail.
• Data‑sensitive and comfortable working with transaction data and operational metrics.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to develop expertise in payments, Web3 and stablecoin‑based services.
• Passionate about cross‑border payments, Web3 or fintech, with an interest in understanding the full payment lifecycle.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
