We are looking for a highly strategic Retail Merchandising Manager to lead the Leather Goods category across the SEAO region. This role is instrumental in curating a elevated product assortment while driving commercial success. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with retail, marketing, CRM, and visual merchandising teams to achieve targets and enhance the customer experience. A understanding of luxury consumer behavior, paired with strong analytical acumen and leadership capabilities, is essential for success in this role.

How you will contribute :

  • Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and aesthetic
  • Partner with retail, and clienteling teams to curate collections tailored to regional markets
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize product mix and inventory levels
  • Lead the implementation of in-store product launches, capsule collections, exclusive events and store openings
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align merchandising with campaign storytelling and brand moments

Who you are :

  • A minimum of 3 years of merchandising managerial experience gained within a fashion and/or luxury environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, especially great Excel skill is required
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Precision, strong time management and organizational skills
  • High availability and responsiveness
  • Good time management, able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
