Job description

Business Reporting

  1. Generate, perform and potentially analyse relevant merchandising/performance ROI reports which will be in a weekly, monthly, annually period based, detailed reports for sales by SKU/brands report, stock level monitoring, identify/monitor slow moving, promotions & bestsellers items
  2. Reporting on ad-hoc price data summary & survey verification on pricing
  3. Additional Global Merchandising support for ad-hoc reporting for SG, HK & Korea.

Purchase Order & SKU Maintenance

  1. Extract system data such as [historical sales, stock inventory, on order, pricing] to prepare buying spreadsheet for Buyer to work on
  2. Upload PO and follow-up vendor shipment delivery status
  3. Upload prices data and other information by SKU
  4. Creation of New merchandises SKU

Shipment & Stock Management

  1. Communicate to Logistics & Brands for shipment PO/stock issues/ any discrepancy reporting
  2. Communicate to Operations on stock availability/ arrivals/ requisitions/ transfers etc
  3. Distribution list preparation for New merchandises
  4. Communication to Operations for New merchandise orders

Additional

  1. Any other administrative tasks which may include but not limited to order processing, creating & maintaining system SKU data, managing non-commercial items, liaising with warehouse on shipment status & stock related matters
  2. Monthly rebate & discount billings calculation amount to bill back Brands
  3. Follow up on monthly routine with Brands e.g. sales incentive/contest & on-counter GWPs & discount summary update
  4. Manage timely stocks return to vendors and stocks write-off/conversion
  5. Provide GWPs shipping information for warehouse follow-up on SKU tagging
  6. Ensure & communicate agreed promotion mechanics with vendors & Operations

Requirement:

  1. Diploma in Business or Retail Management
  2. Minimum 2 years of related work experience
  3. High competence in business reporting with strong excellence in MS Excel (Pivot is required)
  4. MS PPT & SAP system is an added advantage
  5. Meticulous and multi-tasking is required
  6. Has good initiative and organizational skills
  7. Is independent yet a team player
  8. Good interpersonal, coordination & communication skills
  9. Strength in numbers is a must.
  10. Ensure data accuracy [managing SAP/JV system]
  11. Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadline
