Job description

Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Merchandising Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring, managing, and completing online orders efficiently.
2. Handling restocking, deliveries, and setting up and dismantling events for merchandise.
3. Collaborating closely with the customer service team to address any complaints or feedback.
4. Managing products across both online and offline channels.
5. Overseeing storage, inventory, and product organization.
6. Conducting monthly stock counts and submitting comprehensive inventory reports.
7. Utilizing Roller and DLabel for backend product management.
8. Tracking stock movement and ensuring optimal shelf occupancy in physical stores.
9. Implementing visual merchandising strategies across various channels and platforms.
10. Forecasting needs related to merchandising, such as sales, manpower, and stock availability.
11. Performing basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a tidy office and merchandise area.
12. Undertaking any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in inventory management and backend product management systems.
3. Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
6. Preferably, prior experience in a similar role within the retail or e-commerce industry.
