Coordinate with 3rd party logistics and warehouses on tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Send notifications to stores on when goods are ready to order.
Assist in generating weekly and monthly department-related reports.
Handle retail outlets and online enquiries.
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good worksheet skills like lookup to generate structured reports.
Skilled in Photoshop/Illustrator is a good tool to have for needed alterations.
Able to communicate with intermediate writing skills in Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin speaking suppliers. Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
