Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties involving inventory control, invoice processing, and pricing updates.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party logistics and warehouses on tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Send notifications to stores on when goods are ready to order.
  • Assist in generating weekly and monthly department-related reports.
  • Handle retail outlets and online enquiries.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good worksheet skills like lookup to generate structured reports.
  • Skilled in Photoshop/Illustrator is a good tool to have for needed alterations.
  • Able to communicate with intermediate writing skills in Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin speaking suppliers. Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
