Job summary

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Merchandising team.
- Item creation, raise Purchase Order, processing stock transfers.
- Data entry, creation of items and Purchase Orders processing.
- Accurately enter and maintain product data in the system.
- Update product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Uploading of promotion lists.
- New launch stock allocation/Stock Replenishment/Consolidation.
- Follow up with retail stores and suppliers to ensure timely returns of all stock within the stipulated timeframe.
- Assist with filing of paperwork and data entry to ensure that all relevant records are up-to-date.
- Prepare and generate reports.
- Any other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in the retail or merchandising industry.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage
- Mature, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Resourceful, flexible and a good team player
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
