Job Duties - Merchandiser

• Merchandise & maintaining product display based on planogram for supermarkets and pharmacies
• Have good relationships & need to work closely with clients
• Meticulous & independent
• Able to carry cartons about 15kg
• Know how to use Google Sheets during the job
• Work closely with Account Manager for feedback & store follow-up

Job Duties - Senior Merchandiser

• Be the eyes and ears of the company during daily field operations
• Training and scheduling of Merchandising Team and related operations
• Work with account managers, evaluate in-store merchandising against sales data to maximize sales
• Weekly discussions with account sales manager on business health
• Proactively anticipate issues and provide problem-solving wherever necessary
• Ensure products are well merchandised with adequate stock-on-hand and presented appropriately
• Ensure all promotions are effectively executed across all stores, including point-of-sale and other promotional activities
• Build strong relationships with key store personnel, providing high service levels to ensure our brands/products are prioritized
