Job description

Reports To: Head of Brand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of the company's merchandise, from concept to production and distribution

  • Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production vendors to manage timelines, quality, and cost control

  • Develop content strategies that support merch campaigns, events, launches, and brand partnerships

  • Produce and manage a content calendar across social platforms, websites, and email channels

  • Write, edit, and oversee creation of brand-aligned content (visual and written)

  • Monitor trends in content, merchandise, culture, and experiential branding to inform execution

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. marketing, partnerships, operations) to ensure cross-functional alignment

  • Track merch and content performance metrics and generate post-mortem reports

  • Manage inventory and e-commerce integration (if applicable)

  • Ensure brand tone and visual language are consistent across all content and merch

Requirement:

  • 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, content marketing, or related fields

  • Strong project management and creative development skills

  • Excellent communication and editorial sensibility

  • Familiarity with production processes, creative software, and content platforms

  • Passion for culture, design, and audience engagement
