Job summary

maxhunt resource pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Electrical, ACMV and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works to oversee New Build and A&A projects in Singapore.

Candidates with experience in Electrical, ACMV or P&S are welcome; experience in one discipline suffices, with M&E experience spanning multiple disciplines encouraged. You will manage MEP works, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience managing Electrical, ACMV, P&S or M&E works for New Build or A&A projects.
• Strong project coordination and site management skills.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple project requirements and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, resources and work schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings, technical submissions and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Lead site coordination and resolve technical or site issues.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Guide and support the project team to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and progress updates.
