Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. seeks Electrical Engineers, ACMV Engineers, and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) Engineers to support New Build and A&A projects in Singapore.

Candidates with Singapore experience in Electrical, ACMV, or P&S works are welcome. Experience in one discipline is sufficient, while candidates with M&E experience covering multiple disciplines are encouraged to apply. The role involves coordinating and supervising MEP works on site, reviewing drawings and specifications, liaising

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), or M&E works for New Build and/or A&A projects.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise MEP works at project sites.
• Review drawings, technical documents and project specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on site matters.
• Support project planning, coordination and execution.
• Ensure works comply with project requirements, quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
