DecoFurn Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer to lead the design and execution of MEP systems for diverse commercial projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and budget compliance. You will develop and review MEP designs, prepare client presentations, monitor costs, and coordinate with architects and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in MEP design, project management, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and pitching projects to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to work additional hours when required to meet project timelines

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review MEP system designs, ensuring they meet project specifications, regulations, and client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings, project pitching, and proposals to win new business and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor project costs and ensure MEP systems are delivered within budget; implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate MEP systems during all project stages.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Identify potential MEP issues and develop solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
