Job summary

Sennex invites experienced MEP Engineers to Singapore to lead the design, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for office, lab, and industrial fit-out projects. The role blends technical excellence with on-site presence to ensure robust delivery.

You will develop and review MEP designs, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and supervise site installation to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience in contracting or consultancy preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems in interior fit-out environments.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across a range of office, laboratory, and industrial fit-out projects. This role requires both technical expertise and strong on-site presence to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review MEP designs in line with project requirements and local regulations
• Coordinate MEP systems with internal design, project, and construction teams
• Manage and supervise site installation and fit-out works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical matters
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
• Identify and resolve design and site issues proactively

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Experience in contracting or consultancy (design + site exposure preferred)
• Strong understanding of MEP systems within interior fit-out environments, including offices, laboratories, and industrial facilities
• Familiarity with coordination of services in fast-paced fit-out projects
• Ability to manage both design and site supervision responsibilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
