Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Expert for data centers to review complex engineering tasks, focusing on cooling, hydronic, HVAC, and electrical systems. This remote contract role requires strong analytic skills and the ability to work asynchronously.

You will validate assumptions, check codes, and produce clear technical findings while meeting deadlines, with 5–10 hours per week commitment and immediate start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data-center or mission-critical MEP design.
• Strong command of data-center systems and relevant codes.

Position: Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Expert — Data Centers

Type: Contract

Compensation: $100–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

• PE or recognized commissioning credential.
