Job summary

A leading company in sustainable data center solutions seeks an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the design and maintenance of MEP systems across various projects. The role includes managing a team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing performance. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in MEP management, particularly in data centers or mission-critical facilities, along with strong leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in MEP design and management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Manage MEP team and develop strategies that align with company objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Lead and manage the MEP team, including engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Develop and implement MEP strategies and plans that align with the companys goals and objectives. Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of MEP systems for data center projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Review and approve MEP designs, specifications, and drawings. Implement best practices for the operation and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Develop and manage MEP budgets, schedules, and resources. Manage relationships with MEP vendors and contractors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing their work. Ensure vendors and contractors meet the companys standards for quality and performance.Experience & Qualifications Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred. 15+ years of experience in MEP design, construction, and management, with a focus on data centers or mission-critical facilities. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing. Proven experience in leading and managing teams. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,
