Job summary

AAC Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a MEMS Process Engineer to lead process integration across the full product lifecycle for MEMS microphone products, from concept to mass production.

You will translate device designs into robust manufacturing processes with emphasis on DFM, cost, and reliability, and collaborate with foundries to optimize MEMS steps like DRIE, deposition, lithography and release. Candidate will drive yield improvements, participate in FA/RCA, and support NPI activities,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • Minimum 1 year of MEMS/CMOS processing experience.
  • Knowledge of MEMS devices and key fabrication processes (DRIE, LPCVD/PECVD, lithography).
  • Hands-on cleanroom, metrology, and failure analysis tool experience (SEM, AFM).

Responsibilities

  • Lead process integration across the full product lifecycle for MEMS microphone products.
  • Translate designs into robust manufacturing processes focusing on DFM, cost, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with foundry partners to develop, qualify, and optimize MEMS processes (DRIE, deposition, lithography, release).
