Job description

The Membership Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for members, delivering personalized, high-quality service and ensuring a seamless membership experience. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving concerns, facilitating member services, and maintaining strong member relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  1. Member Engagement & Experience:
    Welcome and greet members in a warm, professional manner.
    Provide personalized service to enhance the overall member experience.
    Anticipate and respond to members' needs, inquiries, and preferences.
  2. Member Onboarding & Orientation:
    Guide new members through the onboarding process, including tours, account setup, and benefit explanations.
    Ensure new members feel welcomed and well-informed about all available services.
  3. Communication & Support:
    Serve as a key point of contact for all member-related queries.
    Communicate membership policies, events, and updates effectively.
    Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person requests.
  4. Service Coordination:
    Assist in booking and coordinating services, appointments, and reservations related to the membership.
    Liaise with internal departments (e.g., reservations, events, facilities) to fulfill member requests.
  5. Issue Resolution:
    Address and resolve member concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
    Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when needed.
  6. Event Support:
    Assist with organizing and promoting member events and activities.
    Attend events to engage with members and provide support.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (guest relations, customer service).
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a membership-based environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.
