Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Actively creating leads, following them up, and converting them into new Fitness First members
• Actively engage with new and existing members to obtain potential referrals
• Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs. Demonstrate how the facilities and offerings at Fitness First can help them to achieve their health and fitness goals
• Providing support at Front of House to ensure our members receive the unparalleled Fitness First experience
• Work as a team to successfully exceed the sales targets and KPIs
