Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online leads
- Conduct club tour and present our membership packages with confidence and clarity
- Build relationships with prospective clients and follow up to close sales
- Maintain accurate lead records using CRM tools and manage follow-up schedules
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotions and events
- Support front-desk operations when needed (member check-ins, bookings, basic admin)
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive onboarding experience
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or fitness industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident in handling objections
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives
- Positive attitude and team player
- Able to work retail hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of fitness or yoga is a plus (training will be provided)
