Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform role of Membership Services Counter officer on duty.
  • Perform daily membership operational duties, including:
  • Process membership applications in accordance with Company processes and procedures.
  • Handle all membership-related enquiries, feedback and requests received onsite or via phone and email.
  • Assist to ensure sufficient supplies and stationery for daily operations (e.g. membership application forms, cards, gifts).
  • Ensure Membership’s Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dynamic team player with a positive attitude.
  • Customer service experience will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, customer-oriented and meticulous.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Galaxy system, CRM+.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
