FS8 is excited to bring its unique blend of Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and Mat Pilates to Singapore with our first studio opening soon in Bukit Timah. We are dedicated to providing an inspiring and effective fitness experience that caters to all levels. Our mission is to build a vibrant community focused on health, wellness, and personal growth.


The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Specialist to be a foundational part of our team. This multi-faceted role is crucial for the successful launch and ongoing operation of our new studio. You will be the welcoming face of FS8, responsible for driving memberships, engaging our community through marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless experience for all members.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Membership Acquisition:


Actively promote and sell FS8 memberships, packages, and merchandise to prospective and current members.


Conduct engaging studio tours and provide comprehensive information about FS8 classes, benefits, and pricing.


Follow up with leads (in-person, phone, email) to convert inquiries into sales.


Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member information in the CRM system.


Participate in outreach events and local community partnerships to generate leads.


2. Marketing & Community Engagement:


Assist in the execution of local marketing initiatives and campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to the studio.


Manage and create engaging content for the studio's social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) under guidance, including posting schedules, stories, and interacting with followers.


Support the planning and execution of in-studio events, workshops, and challenges to foster a strong community.


Gather member testimonials and feedback to inform marketing strategies.


Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.


3. Front Desk & Member Experience:


Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all members and visitors, both in person and over the phone.


Warmly greet members, check them into classes, and assist with any inquiries or concerns.


Manage class bookings, cancellations, and waitlists efficiently.


Process payments, manage retail sales, and maintain accurate transaction records.


Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and studio environment.


Address member feedback promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.


Assist with general administrative tasks as required (e.g., inventory management, supply ordering).


Skills & Qualifications:


Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or front desk role, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.


Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.


Proficiency in social media management and content creation for business purposes.


Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about health, fitness, and community building.


Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.


Proficiency in using booking software/CRM systems (e.g., Mindbody, Glofox) is a plus.


A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
