Job summary

Inspire Brands Asia is seeking a Member Relations Specialist in Singapore to ensure seamless billing, member engagement, and data accuracy. You will maintain member records, drive collections, and coordinate communications via calls, WhatsApp, and email to support onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Ideal candidates will have customer service or admin experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, billing, or admin support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet monthly deadlines.
• Comfortable with data entry and accuracy in system updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member data and Membr system records.
• Drive billing collections and timely follow-ups with members.
• Engage members through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Support app engagement and usage of the AF App by members.
• Verify and update NJM profiles with accurate contact details.
• Ensure SOP-compliant handling of cancellations and freezes.
