Job summary

TRUE YOGA • TRUE FITNESS in Singapore is seeking a friendly gym associate to support the day-to-day operations and help deliver excellent customer service. You will greet members, check in, verify memberships, maintain cleanliness of equipment, and assist with inquiries across phone, email, or in person.

No experience is required for this role, and we offer a fun working environment with opportunities for career development in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• Keen on pursuing a service related career in a fast paced environment.
• Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity.
• Basic computer literacy/knowledge in Microsoft office.
• Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week and shift hour.

• Support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the gym
