• Provide technical support for day-to-day issues of Grasim users.
• Material receipt and verification.
• Follow up with internal teams for work completion.
• Monitor execution of site-related work along with Site IT Lead.
• Support in extending existing network connectivity to temporary office setups at multiple locations on-site.
• Coordinate with respective IT & OT vendors at the site for project-related activities.
